How to Navigate Sales Dashboard

The sales dashboard summarizes quotes status, completion rates as well as revenue per user.

These different graphs and numbers explain multiple aspects of Armatic customer data:

  1. Total Amount Signed- the total money amount of quotes signed this month and its change rate comparing against other months.
  2. Signed Quotes- Shows the total number of signed quotes this month and it's chnge rate coaring against previous month.
  3. Pending Quotes- The total number of pending quotes this month and it change rate comparing against previous month.
  4. Average quote amount- the average quote amount this month an its change rate comparing previous month.
  5. Top Sales Reps By Signed Quotes- Ranks your sales reps by how many quotes they signed in selected period ( Last 30 day, this month, quarter, year, Last month, quarter, year).
  6. Top Sales Reps by Revenue- Rank your sales reps by how much revenue they generated in selected period ( Last 30 day, this month, quarter, year, Last month, quarter, year).
  7. Average quote Amount- Shows average quote amount over the selected period ( Per month, quarter, year).
  8. Average Days To Sign- Shows average number of days it takes to sign a quote over the selected period (Per month, quarter, year).
  9. Sent quotes vs Signed Quotes- Shows total number of sent and signed quotes over the selected period (Per month, quarter, year).
  10. New Customers- Sows the total new customers over the selected period ( Last 30 day, this month, quarter, year, Last month, quarter, year).
